Writing; group facilitation and educational programs, general counseling;

spiritual guidance, pastoral care, workplace initiatives, seminars, group work for organizations.

Helping people maintain focus and extract a meaningful life from an increasingly chaotic world.

Helping people let go of past patterns of being that may not have served them.
